First visit and really impressed. Shika welcomed us and was very attentive. She is great at her job. Had ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce, but didn’t have as much meat as I would’ve liked and she quickly made sure I got a side of meatballs and must say they were delicious. The food and the customer service truly made my visit. Definitely will go back.

Dine-in experience: 9/10 overall because there is always room for improvement. Upon arrival I was greeted by Ryan who in turn was also my serve. Cool kid made sure I didn’t want for nothing. I ordered a slice of pizza (that was so huuuuge upon receiving), Pistachio Pesto Pasta (per Ryan’s recommendation) and the Garlic Bread w/cheese. Pizza was crispy per my request; so good I even ate the crust!!😜 I was skeptical about the pasta, but ended up being a fav of mines only thing missing was crushed red peppers that sealed the deal and the garlic bread OMG!!😍 I was literally pigging out. Thank you Ryan for your attentiveness during my 1st experience at Russo’s Spring location. Def md my trip there worthwhile. I had some leftovers that my daughter demolished. 😂

Watch out for the fig glazed flatbread. Someone decided to hose the bread down with “glaze” to the point that it’s pooled around on top. What’s supposed to be a nice note of sweet and fig with the spice of arugula and the savory umami of prosciutto was turned to the most disgusting mixture of candy sweet and pizza. I’ve loved it every other time I’ve gotten it, but this travesty was committed to TWO flatbreads. I’ve tried but can’t eat them. Can’t overlook it. Gross.

Pizza slices are huge and they had a great selection, would recommend. Service was prompt and fine enough, but it was slow post-lunch and there was a lot of staff just standing around and talking, which I felt dampened the vibe of the place.

⭐ If I could give zero stars I would. *Update: The owner did call and leave me a voicemail the day after this review was posted. In the message, they apologized for what happened and stated they would be issuing a full refund. However, it has now been well over a month and suprise, no refund despite following up via text inquiring about it at the number they left. Tonight, Russo’s you lost a long time repeat customer and judging by the few other customers that were there too I'm guessing you lost them as well. The last few times we've ordered it has just been worse and worse. This was our last and final chance we gave you. We used to enjoy ordering from here, which is why we decided to give it another chance—but this experience was the final straw. I placed a to-go order at 7:00 PM with an estimated wait of 50–60 minutes. Estimated pickup time was 8:04pm.That was fine. It's a busy time of year and to be expected. I arrived at 8:10 PM, after my order should have been ready, and walked into a nearly empty restaurant with three employees standing around talking. Only two tables were occupied, both visibly upset and still waiting for their food. A customer who was sitting at one o
